What is in Ancient Herbal Tea Blend?
Ancient Herbal Tea Blend is a blend of leaves and herbs chosen for their skin and hair beneficial properties. Avocado leaves, Avocado seed, Guanabana leaves, Thyme, Tulsi (Holy Basil), Sage. All herbs and avocado leaves are grown by Ancient Releaf organically. The Guanabana leaves are naturally grown and sourced from Mexico.
What is handmade soap?
Handmade soap is soap personally formulated and crafted in small batches using traditional methods and only natural ingredients. Soap is traditionally made from animal fats, plant oils and butters. Ancient Releaf soap bars and shampoo bars are always fragrance-free, chemical-free, preservative-free, never any artificial colors or glitters. All soap must have lye in-order for the oils, fats and butters to become soap. The lye is changed once activated and mixed with the oils, fats, and butters. Once blended together the lye, oils, fats and butters go through a saponification process leaving the soap bar lye free and all the oils, fats and butters saponified into what is called soap.
What does double infused Tea soap mean?
The first infusion is the Ancient Herbal tea blend used in the soap instead of water. The second infusion is the Ancient herbal tea blend infused in the oils prior to making the soap. Some soaps may have different herbs however, they are always double infused.
Why Fragrance-Free?
Fragrance is a chemical made scent that causes problems when inhaled. Fragrance can cause many irritants to itchy eyes, nasal congestion, cough, skin rashes and can even disrupt your body internally. Natural essential oils are a better option if choosing a scent. However, Ancient Releaf always make all their soap bars, shampoo bars and some whipped moisturizers fragrance-free. The only products Ancient Releaf adds natural essential oils to are some whipped moisturizers.

How to care for soap bars?
Soap bars and shampoo bars need to be dry when not used. Use a soap dish that is well drainable where the soap is not sitting in water. Using a soap saver with a well drainable wooden soap dish is preferable because the saver and wooden dish will help keep the soap dry.

How are the soap and shampoo bars made?
Ancient Releaf uses the cold processed method. The soaps and shampoo bars are always handmade in small batches. Each batch is cured for 4 weeks before labeling and packaging.

How much does each product weigh?
All soap bars - 5oz. All shampoo bars - 5oz. moisturizers currently have 2 sizes - 2oz. tin and 4oz. container.
